Wishful Thinking - Acrylic on 18" x 24" gallery wrapped canvas, 2010This painting was a bit of an awakening for me technique wise. I discovered that washes of color over the black lines tints them and adds more character to the painting as a whole. You can see the lines fade from black to green to shades of brown. I like the bright colors as well. This piece makes me think of spring. :)
